The Death Certificate bill passed the NYS Assembly on Monday, January 28;the vote was 135-1. The bill is currently on the 3rd reading report in the Senate.

The State of New York Department of Health Asks For Feedback Draft regulations are proposed and we are looking for your comments. As valuable members of the NPA, we are asking for your input as well.
