Over the past 21 years, Dr. Agins has lectured nationally on all topics in pharmacology to more than 85,000 advanced practice clinicians as an invited presenter for various local, state, regional and national organizations as well as for private continuing education companies.
Across the board, he has received outstanding evaluations and praise (from both attendees and organizers) for his ability to excite and invigorate his audiences about his subject matter, for his skill in using metaphor and analogy to simplify difficult pharmacological concepts, and for his talent for making his presentations audience-relevant, entertaining, and above all, memorable.
In addition to his national lectures, Dr. Agins has authored three pharmacology-related books, co-authored textbook chapters and has served as primary reviewer for various journals, CE monographs, textbooks and newsletters. Currently, Dr. Agins also presents a number of continuing education live-webinars monthly to pharmacists, nationally and internationally, through RxSchool (AMN Healthcare).
