You are invited to spend the morning on a farm! On this unique tour you will see first hand how beef is sustainably-raised. Come and be educated on environmental protection, animal welfare, antibiotics and nutrition with experts on the pasture.

Program Fees: $15 members and non-members
10am - Welcome Tour with the Farmer – Explore beef farming and sustainability. What do cattle eat and why that is important? · Blind taste test – Can you tell the difference between grain-fed and grass-fed? ·
12pm -2pm Lunch and Learn: Healthy eating pattern with beef, what are the labels, food safety, etc.
Note: This is a rain or shine event, and is not handicap accessible. Dress appropriately for a day on a farm; wear your work boots, jeans, rain gear if needed.
Lunch and water is provided, no need to bring anything but your camera and your questions about beef and farming.
Also, there is not ample parking, carpooling is encouraged! This is strictly limited to NPA members, no family members, friends, or non-members may attend. Space is limited!
