Opportunity to Increase Access to Buprenorphine
Wednesday, July 26, 2017
The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute (NYSDOH AI) is pleased to introduce you to the NYSDOH Buprenorphine Access Initiative. The goal of the Initiative is to increase the number of certified health care practitioners prescribing buprenorphine and improve patient access to buprenorphine within a variety of settings.
Our aim is to better understand the availability of buprenorphine providers throughout the state so we can target our efforts to increase the number of providers where there is greatest need and support existing providers in expanding their scope of services.
Enclosed with this message is a link to a 5-minute online survey. All results of this survey are for internal use by NYSDOH AI only and will not be displayed on any public directory. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/surveyNYSproviders
