This plaque has been established in memory of fellow NPA members who have passed. To preserve that memory, anyone who wishes to memorialize a former colleague and NPA member, may do so by making a donation to the Association’s Campaign for NP Awareness Fund in an amount of your choosing. The decedents’ name will be inscribed on the plaque below. By clicking on the nameplate, members and others will be able to view those friends and colleagues who have made a donation in memory of that individual.
