The Nurse Practitioner of New York State Political Action Committee (NP of NYSPAC) was formed in 1998 to support the profession and increase NP visibility within New York State's legislative process. NP of NYSPAC contributions are made on a bipartisan basis and allow the NPA to participate in the political process by attending political fundraisers and by building strong relationships with key elected state leaders.

Our PAC is essential to the success of our legislative agenda and increasing the visibility of NPs with important and influential state elected officials. It enables us to attend a variety of political events and functions across the state. It also allows us to support elected officials who share our commitment to the advancement of the profession and quality, cost effective healthcare delivery.

Anyone wishing to show support for NPs and their profession can contribute. All members of The NPA are highly encourage to contribute along with their patients, family, friends and staff.
