The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the general operations and daily running of the Association and shall perform duties as assigned by the Board.
Director of Operations & Education
The Director of Operations and Education is responsible for assisting the Executive Director in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of The NPA are efficient and effective. The position is structured two-fold. The first includes supervision of support staff, all bookkeeping activities and the coordination and oversight for most of the special projects for the Organization. The second aspect of the position entails primary lead responsibility for the effective planning, coordination, and management of all NPA educational events.
Membership and Marketing Manager
The Membership and Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and programs designed for recruitment/retention of members and re-engagement of past members. The position also provides administrative support functions, as well as planning, coordinating and maintaining a range of association programs, activities and/or projects.
The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support functions for Region/Group activities, serve as the first point of contact for the Association; provide administrative support functions to the Association on a daily basis, as well as within Association programs, activities and/or projects.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for accurately maintaining the Association's membership database and fulfilling key clerical and administrative support functions associated with The NPA.
