Regional and Group Request Forms
On this page you will find links to the online forms that you can use to submit request to The NPA staff to have Group and Regional meetings, events, and news items posted on The NPA website or have an email communication sent to members.
Once you have completed the online form and selected submit at the bottom, the form will automatically be emailed to The NPA office for processing. Our goal is to work with you to provide the best possible outcome for your meetings and other functions and to foster good communications within the association.

Non-NPA Events or Postings
The NPA offers an opportunity to advertise educational events and job openings on our website. Advertising information can be found under the “News and Events” section “Advertise with The NPA” and The NPA Career Center has its own tab on the homepage. Please refer any inquires to our website to take full advantage of this advertising opportunity. Please do not submit job openings or third party events for posting on The NPA website.
Group Meeting - Information and Request Form
Group and region meeting coordinators should use this online form to provide detailed meeting information to The NPA to have their meeting posted on The NPA website.

Region Teaching Day - Information and Request Form
Teaching days (conference) may offer multiple session, early bird discounts or handouts that require more detailed information to be submitted. A region and group holding a teaching day (conference) should use this online form to provide detailed information to The NPA to have their event posted on The NPA website.

Exhibitor Registration Request Form
Please complete and submit this form if you would like to have an Exhibitor Registration page set up on The NPA website for vendors to register to exhibit at an upcoming event.
Make the “Event Description” as detailed as possible so the vendor will know what is expected of them and what they will receive for their registration fee. If applicable please note if a table and chair are provided, booth size and other important information you may want to convey.

Email Communication - Information and Request Form
A Group and Region should use this form to request to have a specific email sent directly to current members within their group or region. These email communications may include call for nominations, scholarship information, regional or group awards, community service projects, etc. Please note: Email communications are not for job postings or non-NPA events.

Post News on Regional Webpage Request Form
Region or Group news items may include scholarship winners, NP of the year recipients, group or region community service activity or other such news. Theses news items are posted on the region’s page of the group or region requesting the posting.
